How I Work With My Clients
I work with buyers and sellers and in either case, my commitment is the same. My first aim is to learn what your needs and goals are by listening, questioning and conversing. From this process, I develop a comprehensive plan specifically for you. I will work hard for you, be accountable, return your calls promptly, be available in a pinch and will always be responsive to your ideas, suggestions and questions. I take my professional responsibilities seriously and am driven to provide my clients with a quality of service they will long remember.
My Background
I have been a full-time Realtor since 2005 serving buyers and sellers throughout Boulder Valley and north suburban Denver. At the start of my real estate career, I was a member of The Bodin Team at Coldwell Banker in Boulder, one of the top producing real estate teams in Colorado for over a decade. Once I established a solid business foundation, I moved my business to RE/MAX Alliance in Boulder in 2007.
RE/MAX Alliance is a network of 22 offices along the Front Range of Colorado and is the state’s top-producing real estate company and the fifth most productive RE/MAX company in the world. Additionally, RE/MAX International is the largest network of real estate offices and agents worldwide with unparalleled benefits within the industry to its agents and consumers.
My Colorado roots go back to the early 1980’s when I took a year off from college in New England to travel around the United States. I never made it west of Colorado and transferred to the University of Colorado where I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism in 1985. I spent a decade as a professional photojournalist and commercial photographer in Colorado and New England. My next decade was spent as a home remodeling contractor and furniture maker in Colorado and New York.
My previous careers dovetail very nicely with my career as a Realtor. I have merged my advertising, writing, photography, marketing and construction experience and skills to provide my clients with tried and true insights and guidance. I believe this background helps my clients to buy and sell with greater confidence and a superior outcome.
